  3. Cortamos la verdura y la echamos arriba de la panceta ponemos un caldito y chorizo colorado dejar que se cocine bien la verdura mientras se cocina ponemos a hervir más agua con el caldo con poquito de el puré dejamos que hierba hasta que se deshaga el caldo
  4. Poner arriba de la verdura y lo demás la lenteja y las papas cortadas en cubos y un puñadito de arroz (opcional) dejamos hervir más o menos por 30 min ir probando si le falta caldo echarle un poquito más
