  4. Cuando le falte poquito a las papas, ponemos las lentejas remojadas previamente al menos 2hs. Cuando el Agua empiece a hervir hay que bajar el fuego y taparlo para que las lentejas no se partan. Ir agregando más agua si es necesario.
  5. Por último podemos dejarlo descansar con unas rodajas de limón (opcional) y la olla tapada. Puede ponerse arroz cocinado para que absorba el agua por si se pasan.
