Una vez que la cebolla y el morrón estén bien rehogados agregarle la carne cortada en cuadraditos, cuando la carne esté casi cocida agregarle el caldo y el puré de tomate dejar hervir 20 min aprox. si es necesario agrego un poco de agua, tene en cuenta que después le vas a agregar la lenteja junto con el agua donde hirvió (ahí está el hierro de la lenteja)
  3. Una vez que la salsa con la carne hirvió 20 minutos la condimentas con los condimentos que más te gusten, agregas la lenteja con el agua donde hirvió, la hago hervir otro rato más. Si querés la servis así y si queres le agregas los fideos o el arroz que más te guste. El chorizo Colorado yo se lo agrego en pedacitos cortados en cada plato.
