- Una vez frío pisar con pisa papa y agregarle la zanahoria rallada. Después mezclar y listo. Yo no tengo molde así que corté una botella para armar los medallones. Los armas y los pasas por pan rallado o avena así a la hora de cocinar quedan más crocantes.
- Después los freezo y los voy comiendo cuando quiero. Para cocinar le pongo un chorrito de aceite o rocio vegetal a la asadera y los hago en el horno cuando se doran de un lado los doy vuelta y dejo que se dore del otro y listo. En este caso los acompañé con vegetales al horno.
