  3. Cortar la cebolla, el ajo, la cebollita de verdeo y el morrón en trozos pequeños y colocar en la misma cacerola donde sellamos la carne, agregar 1 cucharada de aceite y sofreír hasta que las cebollas queden transparentes. Agregar la carne y la panceta. Cocinar por 10 minutos.
  4. Agregar los tomates peritas bien picados, los condimentos varios en la cantidad que deseen, sal y pimienta a gusto. Cocinar por 20 minutos
  5. Agregar el caldo y las zanahorias cortadas. Cocinar por 20 minutos
  6. Agregar las papas y las batatas. Mantener la cocción por 10 minutos más y luego agregar las lentejas. Continuar con la cocción por otros 20 minutos.
  7. Servir y disfrutar!!! Si quieren pueden ponerle queso rallado
