- 400 gr zapallo
- 250 gr lentejas
- 1 puré de tomate

- En primer lugar dejamos las lentejas en remojo de un día para el otro. Ponemos a calentar aceite en una olla y colocamos las hojas de laurel para que vayan largando el sabor, luego colocamos los cueritos y si se quiere unos huesitos de cerdo, luego de unos minutos colocamos el espinazo, la carnaza y la paleta de cerdo cortados en cubos.
- Luego cuando todo se encuentre dorado agregamos la cebolla, el morrón cortados pequeños y los condimentos. Pasado 5 minutos agregamos la panceta y el chorizo colorado.
- Dejamos cocinar por 10 minutos y revolvemos seguido para que no se pegue. Luego agregamos el puré de tomate, (yo le echo una cucharada de azúcar para quitar el ácido del tomate), dejamos cocinar por 20 minutos, si es necesario ir agregando agua caliente, luego agregar las lentejas, cocinar por 10 minutos, continuar revolviendo. Transcurrido los minutos colocar el zapallo, la mandioca y la papa en cubos pequeños, cocinar hasta que todo esté tierno. Luego a disfrutar!!!
