Dejamos que se sofría y después agregamos el ajo cortado a trozos. Después añadimos el pimentón dulce y enseguida cubrimos la olla con agua. Lo dejamos a fuego fuerte hasta que empiece a hervir.
- Mientras empieza a hervir limpiamos las lentejas pardinas varias veces enjuagadas con agua (podemos utilizar lentejas de bote y en tan solo media hora estarían hechas). Cuando ya hierva le agregamos las lentejas y dejamos a fuego medio que se vayan cocinando. Probamos de sal. Ahora pelamos, limpiamos y cortamos a trozos pequeños las patatas y cuando lleven las lentejas 40 minutos en la olla le agregamos la patata. Volvemos a probar de sal. Dejamos otros 30/40 minutos a fuego medio.
- Por último dejamos reposar 15 minutos para que no estén muy calientes y ya estarán listas para comer!
