- 200 gr. calamares troceados
- 2 zanahorias
- 1 cebolla
- 4 dientes ajo
- 2-3 cucharadas tomate natural triturado

- En una olla exprés ponemos las lentejas (mejor si tenemos una malla de cocer legumbres), la cebolla y las zanahorias enteras.
- Cubrimos con agua y/o caldo de pescado, salamos y hacemos 11 minutos desde que salga el vapor
- Mientras, rehogamos el perejil fresco y los ajos laminados en aceite de oliva
- Añadimos los calamares y salamos
- Subimos el fuego, vertemos el vino, esperamos un par de minutos que evapore el alcohol, bajamos el fuego y dejamos reducir
- Cuando las lentejas estén, quitamos la cebolla y las zanahorias. Cortamos la cebolla en brunoise fino y las zanahorias en rodajas
- En otra sartén rehogamos la cebolla y el tomate, salpimentamos y dejamos que vaya haciéndose
- Regresamos a los calamares, que habrán reducido, apartamos del fuego y echamos una cucharadita de pimentón removiendo todo bien
- Finalmente, en otra olla, echamos las lentejas, los calamares y el refrito, removemos todo bien.
- Mojamos con el caldo deseado. Añadimos las zanahorias y hacemos diez minutos más a fuego lento removiendo con ligeros vaivenes de la olla para que no se nos rompan las zanahorias y estarán listas
